Esperanza & The Lookout Group Win Awards
The Lookout Group, a real estate development firm specializing in master planned residential communities and mixed- use commercial projects, announced it received multiple industry accolades for its residential Esperanza community in Boerne.
The Texas Association of Builders’ Star Awards are the only statewide tribute to excellence in the home- building industry and focus on recognizing residential real estate groups and professionals across more than 110 categories, information from the developer stated. Esperanza and The Lookout Group took home the grand prize of “Best Overall Community” in the 51- to 299-acre category.
More than 720 project and nomination entries were submitted by 120 companies from 60 cities across Texas, and the winners were announced at a formal ceremony on July 15.
Additionally, Esperanza was submitted by The Lookout Group to the Greater San Antonio Builders Association’s 2021 Summit Awards. The awards are given to builders, remodelers, developers and associate members who have achieved excellence in the home building industry. During the July 29, 2021 awards ceremony, Esperanza and The Lookout Group earned six awards, including the Grand Award. Others received by the developer were Best Amenity/Common Area Facility, Best Sales Brochure, Best Billboard, Best Social Media and Best Television Commercial.
The Esperanza development is located on the north side of Highway 46 on Boerne’s east side.
