Texas developer, The Lookout Group, receives highly acclaimed industry recognition and continued growth at artful master-planned community in Boerne, Esperanza.

BOERNE, Texas (September 26, 2023) – The Lookout Group, a real estate development firm specializing in Master-Planned Residential Communities and Mixed-Use Commercial Projects, was recognized as a finalist and winner of multiple coveted industry accolades for their artful residential community in Boerne, Esperanza.

The Texas Association of Builders Star Awards are the only statewide tribute to excellence in the home building industry and focus on recognizing residential real estate groups and professionals across more than 110 categories. At this year’s formal ceremony on July 14, 2023, Esperanza and The Lookout Group took home the highly acclaimed grand prize of “Best Overall Community” in the 300-acres to 599-acres category. This is Esperanza’s second time winning this highly competitive category in the past three years on the statewide level.
